When you submit this online application you will be emailed a copy of the information provided in the format of Finance New Zealand Limited's Application for Finance. Please follow the instructions within the email to digitally sign and return the application.

Depending on the assessment conducted, further information such as financial accounts for the borrowing company, shareholder statement of position, deposits or other conditions may be required before Finance New Zealand is able to submit an application to a lender with the aim of obtaining a formal approval.

Terms and conditions of the lender and Finance New Zealand Limited will apply. Lenders or Finance New Zealand Ltd may decline any application at their/our discretion.

In general, provision of privacy waivers from all Company Directors will be required to obtain a formal approval, lending will require personal guarantees from Directors, and additional identification processes will be completed to meet each lender's obligations under AML legislation.
